What should I do before a home cleaning service?
To make our house cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior to a visit from our housekeeping teams. We ask that you put away any fragile figurines or heirlooms to prevent any breakage while dusting. Our cleaners are extremely cautious and careful with your possessions, however an accident is possible and we want you to be prepared.  Also, cleaning off as much surface area as possible will give the crew more to clean.

 

What if something is damaged during a home cleaning?
We treat you and your home with complete respect. If something does unexpectedly break, we do our best to either repair or replace that item. Residential maids are fully insured, so claims are filed when appropriate.

What if my maid service missed a spot?
Our maid services offer consistent, quality home cleaning. Like all new relationships, however, mis-communications may occur and we may make a mistake. That's why we offer a house cleaning service guarantee, which mean if you notify Scrubco within 48 hours, our house cleaning staff will correct their mistake at no charge.

Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. Every Scrubco cleaning service crew comes prepared with all the cleaning supplies necessary. However, because Scrubco is flexible, if requested and provided, we are happy to clean with your preferred products.

How do I pay for my home cleaning service?
Payment may be made by cash or check at the time of service. We no longer except credit cards, however you can use your online banking to mail a check.

What is your guarantee?
Our guarantee is, if you are not completely satisfied, call within 48 hours and we will re-clean to meet your satisfaction.
